TANY's membership is comprised of more than 550 member companies from across New York State, other states and Canada. Five regional chapters —Metro, Eastern, Central, Genesee and Western —allow for localized networking events and programming throughout the year.

We Are TANY

Since 1932, the Trucking Association of New York (TANY) has tirelessly advocated on behalf of the trucking industry throughout New York State and in Washington, D.C. We promote safety on our roadways by offering programs throughout the year and provide outreach to ensure those within the industry, as well as the general public, are equipped with the skills to be as safe as possible on the road.

Members of TANY work diligently to create partnerships with educational and training institutions to solidify the stability of the industry by promoting transportation careers through workforce development programs and initiatives.

TANY also regularly gives back to communities by holding driver appreciation events or donating supplies in times of need. Over the years, our golf outings and Touch-A-Truck events have raised tens of thousands of dollars to benefit charities that support children and veterans.
