The government affairs committee works every day to lower your tax and compliance burden in New York State. Through our advocacy efforts, legislation has been enacted which continues to save the trucking industry both financial and administrative resources. Equally as important, TANY has prevented policy initiatives that would have negatively impacted the industry. We are currently working on several pieces of legislation that would benefit our members. Strength is in numbers.
